I will never eat at Peter Piper Pizza again. Ever since Chuck E Cheese bought them out the pizza has gone downhill. Everything... from the dough, sauce and even the cheese is different but yet they still have high prices. Visited triple P a couple days ago. Noticed they are using pre made dough and they did away with the little beer pitchers..well... Honestly this was our first time, the kids have asked over and over. Pizza was delicious. We purchased the timed fun pass for... games. So the kids played race cars video game over and over til their heart was content!!! Then ran over to win tickets. Theprize counter was super generous with the children. Both kids left with a bag of goodies!!! Most definitely going back there itwas a nice treat to end the week. Customer service was very patient and welcoming, explained the menu options without rushingus. Helped make an informed recommendation to accommodate for what our part needed. There is no point in speaking to the owner/ supervisors by email or by phone. They will not resolve the issue nor honor their... discount cards sold by public schools. I have notified the people who list Peter Pipper Pizza on the school fundraising cardsabout the situation. Hopefully they can remove this franchise and put another franchise more honorable than Peter Piper Pizzaand their staff. It was very degrading to buy pizza at this establishment and being humiliated by the staff who states that theydon't have to honor anything we purchased for fundraisers. I will not be coming back nor will my family and friends to any PeterPiper Pizza nor Chucky Cheese establishment. I have a higher respect for Little Ceasars, Papa John's and Pizza Hut because theyhonor their discount cards and never make the customer feel ignorant. Overpriced for the quality of food, in my opinion. It's chain pizza quality (Domino's/Little Caesars), but almost twice the... price. Wife grew up with it, and craves it occasionally, so we'll continue to go. Wings are decent, but WAY overpriced. Read more
Legit ordered two extra large pizzas for pickup, I even restated it twice to the lady on the phone. When I got there she gave me... two large pizzas, when I said this wasn't what I ordered all she said was "but this was what you said" as if I had just orderedit right here.
