Store is fine but this truck parking is a nightmare. Super tight spaces; even for a pro. Also, why isn't there a sign directing... traffic to the next entrance? The sign at the 2nd entrance is crumpled up (probably hit when somebody try to park). Trucks havebeen getting jammed up all day. Safety safety safety...and yet. Parking reservations here aren't monitored. No security to enforce them and truckers not respectful of them. If you reserve here... you're taking your chances of not having a spot waiting basically eliminating the whole purpose of reserving a spot in the firstplace. Read more
I've stopped here fairly often since it opened. The employees are friendly and the place is clean. The only issue I have is it's... a real pain in the @$$ to get in and out of the truck stop during peak traffic hours because it's so close to the frontage road. Read more
I see a lot of the same complaints and I feel kind of bad for you guy so I'm going to give a tip too my fellow truckers. Let's... lay out the scenario, It's summer time and you're hot and sticky and you know you can't sleep that way. You notice the showercounter is not moving and you have not reserved a shower yet. You walk inside to take a look and see there is no maintenance forthe showers and all doors are open. If you're like me you carry shower slippers and you always clean the toilet anyway beforeyou use it. You see the maintenance cart in the hallway full of fresh clean towels. Come on guys read be between thelines.... SAVE a shower point...... The bright bulbs in the pack are lighting up now..... The sharp tools in the shed arecatching on..... Very small and of course only reserved spots are available, paid the 17 bucks. Very clean, employees were friendly. I don't fuel... at pilot/flying j so I tried to pay for a shower. The employee (I won't mention a name so they don't get in trouble) said "Idon't care if you have a credit or not, a truck driver gets screwed enough out there and I refuse to have them pay for ashower". To this employee I say thank you! That little thing, a free shower turned a horrible day into something nice. Read more
