The employees of this establishment are top notch! I have never had a problem with the quality of service from here! Although,... the manager is VERY rude and disrespectful to his employees. I could not believe how he was treating / talking to them while wewere there. This has been on several occasions that he has done this, and honestly it makes me not want to spend my money herebased off the character of him. I would hope that Pinkberry would have the ability to hire a more competent manager for thestore than the man we see yelling at his employees and belittling them. We are regulars at this pink berry and always love it, normally have great service. We had decent service from one employee but... a new employee was working today and was not nice seemed to not be trained very well. She filled up a large half way with frozenyogurt and after we asked for more she continued to weight the yogurt and said it was the right amount, her manager or otherassociate I think named savannah came out to fill the rest of the order and they were normally filled. The untrained employeedismissed what was asked. Hate to complain but it was a waste of money today sadly. Read more
First off, I absolutely Love Pink Berry! Pink Berry has amazing quality and flavored frozen yogurt! Never ever had an issues... with the taste of the yogurt and anything else I have bought which is why I keep coming back regularly. But lately I canhonestly say I dread going inside to place an order. The staff at the River location are NEVER friendly, rude, never smile, theyact like they are absolutely miserable, I feel like I am a burden by coming in and asking for them to make me something. Iunderstand people have bad days, but don?t take it out on people who have done nothing to you. A smile even if forced goes along way! Read more
I received a 50% off any size in my email which is what brought me in. The email provided no QR code or anything for the cashier... to type into her computer to give me the 50% off. So she refused to do it. She refused to manually do it on her end. Not onlydid she refuse, but she was very snappy and rude about it. I was then forced to purchase it at full cost. Which would?ve beenfine if the machine wasn?t giving them issues and left me with melted yogurt. I used to love Pinkberry but after last night andmy encounter with their employee, I will never be having them again. Read more
They're a little stingy with the toppings but overall this is a great location for frozen yogurt. Definitely recommend signing... up for the rewards, you get free birthday bowls or random discounts! Read more

The frozen yogurt here is really good! Kathy served me and my friend and she was an absolute delight to talk to. This experience... stood out the most out of my experiences at pinkberry before. She explained everything and then I chose to get the flavor of themonth (cranberry & orange) with mochi and mango popping boba, it was SO good! Definitely recommend this location! Read more
Sad they were out of strawberries but pinkberry is always tasty. I enjoy their original flavor.
