Tried the new Pizza Melts. Meat lover? Was mostly cheese and outside crust was over cooked.
THIS IS FOR MOD PIZZA. NOT PIZZA HUT. SOMEHOW GOOGLE CHANGED THIS. The staff expects you to know what you're suppose to be... doing to order your ingredients. They bake the pizza for you without sauce. They offer you sauce at the register. The saucecheese and other ingredients don't melt together. The quality of the food is barely acceptable. Highly don't recommend the dine in experience here. The menu they hand you has all the prices whited out so you have no idea... what your ordering is costing. 6 wings is almost 12 bucks. That's two dollars a wing. It's awkwardly quiet in the eating area.About 1/4 of the tables are covered in pizza boxes for to go orders. It's just weird. It's also weirdly dark. I love the deep dish and the thin crust pizzas! They forgot some of my order, but they made it right with a cookie dessert and a... sincere apology. The staff here seems to care about customer service. Thank you! Read more
7/1/22, 9:55pm. Ordered a Large Supreme, box of Wings, and Cheese Sticks. Wrote on the directions to knock. Food arrived a half... hour later, after a rung doorbell (no knock), was given a cheese pizza with the sides. Called back and told them they can havetheir pizza back, and that we'd love to have our Supreme. They refused, when we are literally 1.0 miles away. They mumbled $10store credit, insisted on by Miguel, no actual fix. So I'll have to pay an extra $5 later on top of calling them to fix THEIRissue. Talked with my girlfriend, she had a similar issue last time she ordered as well, down to the lousy store credit. Pleaseeither fix your policy/processes or fire Miguel. I'd love to be contacted by a higher up to fix this poor service. Read more
They never give enough sauce on the wings so I paid for extra sauce and the wings are so dry and I get a little dipping cup of... sauce and we ordered 18 bone in medium wings but got hot and those black things on my pizza are suppose to be jalapeños if youcouldn?t tell because I couldn?t. Read more
