Been going to this location for over 20 years and there's been a steady decline in the last two years. I always get one cheese... pizza and one meat lovers. The meat lovers will be hot, look relatively fresh but often light on the toppings The biggestissue is the cheese pizzas. They are lukewarm and dried out. They've assured me they're "made fresh" yet there is a noticeabledifference in quality between the cheese pizza and any other pizza. After getting food poisoning in March from the cheesepizza, I switched over to Papa John's. I decided to try Pizza Hut again today after 8 months only to get home and discover adried out, barely warm cheese pizza. I made the mistake of being too hungry to go back and ate it anyway only to get foodpoisoning after 2 slices and am still sick hours later. I shouldn't have to do a quality check in the car only to go inside,complain and wait for a new pizza. I strongly believe they are making these cheese pizzas ahead of time to be like LittleCeaser's "Hot n Ready" but unlike them, they are not properly storing or turning over their pizzas, disclosing that they'repremade and are charging full price. Why would I pay full price for a stale pizza? Papa John's from here on out. Read more
There have been more toppings on you thin pizza which has changed my mind about your pizza. The only problem I have is that my... local Pizza Hut is always out of pan crust which my daughter loves. It is the third strike. This time there was zero marinara sauce which on a thin crust pizza which absolutely ruined it. We were... just stunned. I was going to call last night but new I would be talking to an hourly employee that may not pass on thecomplaint. This is the 3rd time our order has been wrong. But no sauce on a Pizza?? A couple weeks ago we ordered a pizza and by accident it was over cooked. We called and explained to the manager on shift that... night. They replaced the pizza today. The pizza was awesome. Your company doesn't honor its own coupons... laughable a large 2 topping pizza and wings for 7.99 NOPE your website says the... pizza has stuffed crush it doesnt, extra toppings it doesnt, no extra cheese or stuffed crust or a oan pizza.. I love Pizza Hut more than Dominos or Papa Johns. The food always looks great and taste great in my opinion. The pricing is also... fine for the quality. I haven't had any issues and I have had many orders. I hope to come back many more times. Read more
