i purchased 10 large pepperoni pizzas for my construction crew , Borderland Construction , one of the biggest construction... companies in town. we were doing work right outside of the pizza hut after spending $165.00 when I sent my guys to pick up thepizza , Pizza hut refused to give them crushed peppers. they said " crushed pepper is part of our inventory and we cannot givethem out" ???? next time we will just call DOMINO'S . they didnt even offer to sell a handful or packages or however they sellit so we did without ... I am giving them a 5 star review due to the excellent customer service experienced when making order and also that the family... enjoyed the pizza. In addition, I had originally written a low review on their site because of an overage I saw the next day onthe purchase. A Pizza Hut employee called right away and responded to help understand and resolve the issue. He was able toconfirm the correct amount on their behalf and even scanned me what was charged at their end. This cleared things up andpointed to an issue with my bankcard which I was able to have it remedied. Awesome response and customer service! Trulyappreciate that they do read the reviews and care on making sure any issues are resolved. Read more
The young man that delivered our pizza and wings tonight was super friendly and gave us a heads-up call when he was a about to... arrive (we gave specific delivery instructions). Our custom thin crust pizza was perfect and the wings were juicy and fresh,even for being an end-of-the-night order! A very positive experience over all. I went to pick up a couple of pizzas and the guy ahead of me picked up my two when ordered one - whatever. When it was all... sorted and they realized their mistake they told me it would be a few more minutes but they would remake my pizzas. I was upsetand let them know they would have to better than just bringing it to my car. I tried not to be rude, but they could tell I wasupset. The manager said she would refund my card which I misunderstood at first and retorted that I came for pizza and didn'twant to leave without one. She then explained while still apologizing that she meant she would refund the cost back to theoriginal card while still making the pizza. I had to have my wife call because she used her card and I was picking it up, so themanager returned to making the pizza while I let my wife know she had to call and explained why. End of the story, I receivedthe pizzas I ordered, a bit late but for free. Before I finish, I want to apologize to the manager and staff if I came acrossrude.
