Waited forever (10minutes) at the drive-thru window to pick up my online order. I ended up going into the restaurant to get my... order. there ONLY two people sitting together in the restaurant, and the two employees were chatting away together in thekitchen. Their conversation seems to be MORE important than attending to why they're getting paid. THEN, there was ONLY two tinypieces of chicken in my Chicken Alfredo order. Haven't eaten at Pizza Hut in over 5 years. So wife & I, decided to try a deep pan pizza. We went inside, place was empty only... 1 table occupied. I ordered a deep pan supreme, the cashier said, what? Repeated myself. She never heard of a deep pan. Sowe decided on a Original Pan Pizza, it cost over $22. Wife wanted something cheaper. We ordered the Hand Tossed Large at $15bucks. We sat down and waited for our pizza and drinks. The cashier brought over our pizza but forgot our drinks. The pizzaok, I compared it to Little C...... Pizza. As we finished eating, same cashier comes to the table and says, you can pay me now. Wife & I were puzzled? We told her we already paid. Wife always keep a receipt. Finally we left, got on the internet, lookedup Deep Pan Pizza. Sad to say, found out Pizza Hut discounted the Original Deep Pan Pizza back in 2019. We won't be back toPizza Hut with bad customer service & no Deep pan pizza. Read more
