I called Pizza Hut asked him what specials they had advised the gentleman on the phone that I was working with limited money and... he took the time to go over menu items that fit my budget it was so great such a friendly person. He was very patient with me. Ithink everybody should deal with Pizza Hut the one I dealt with was on Speedway and cold it was fabulous experience. Read more

Last time I was here was almost a year ago and the experience was great. Went last night and the staff was definitely not... pleasant. I walked in, 2 girls were at the register, neither one looked up at me for at least a minute. One finally asked, ?pickup or placing?? I said pick up, gave her my name. She then gave me my total and pointed to the card machine. I paid, a differentperson handed me my order. I said, ?thank you? not one of those 3 bothered to say anything back. Got home, tasted like the pizzawas days old. It was not edible. The pizza went to the trash and I had also gotten sick to my stomach after eating a slice. WillNOT be returning. Domino?s here I come! DONT NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY ! Kayleigh the ? night shift manager ? took my order. Just asked for my name not my number... for the order, said it would be 20 min. I walk back inside get approached by a night pizza deliver driver who drives the redmini coop here, she asked what was the name I said it?s ?Ray?. And she couldn?t find my order first of all second she asked formy number of the order I had repeated myself telling her I was just in here 20 min ago and placed an order and she continued tobe confrontational about it so I asked her to go ask Kayleigh and she didn?t even ask she went around the corner and continuedto tell me I didn?t place an order. Once Kayleigh came to the front I asked if my food was ready and then she grabbed it for meand then I asked for the drivers name she seems dumbfounded I was asking and studdered saying wha wha what your name can I haveyour name and she said she wasn?t going to give it out and I asked for a shift manager and Kayleigh stepped up to the plate saidshe was and then I presumed she would?ve been more professional but this was the worse experience I?ve ever had any where in thehistory of pizza places. I asked who is the day shift manager so I can come in tomorrow and talk to them and they shut downsaying I can?t tell you. So I walked out presumes to look at my receipt and little did she know her name was right on thereceipt ! I will be back tomorrow to file a complaint to the hiring manager I will be calling corporate to file a complaintagainst these two employees who did not have the respect of giving respect to a customer who is giving business to this place.They will heard from me again. I placed an order using the deals section of the app, the store then charged me full price for everything I ordered and when I... called and spoke to the general manager she said they had nothing to do with online orders and that I had to call someone else.As a retail manager myself I find it hard to believe that she has zero ability to appease a customer that was charged more moneythan they should have been. We ordered two pizzas through the app, and due to issues with the app, they were sent to this site instead of the one we usually... use on 22nd and Wilmont. We ordered a stuffed crust and original pan pizza (both of which cost extra) and the pizzas were inhorrible condition. The cheese on the stuffed crust was thin and dry. It was like it had been under a heat lamp for 2 1/2hours (we picked it up within 30 minutes of ordering). I bit into the pizza and the entire piece of cheese came off as a singlepiece. The original pan was a little better, but the cheese was mediocre as well, and the slicing on both was really uneven. 2of the pieces alone were 1/4 of the pizza each (see pictures) While everything was edible, it was quite disapointing,especially considering we had to pay extra. Won't shop here again, and we've never had these problems from our usual store. How hard can it be to slice a pie evenly? Read more
