Disappointing. I was hopeful that the pierogi would be somewhat similar to what I had in Poland or at least close to some of the... restaurants in little Poland in New Britain, CT. Unfortunately they were undercooked, like hockey pucks. Very disappointed. Read more

Tasty Polish fare in a cozy setting. Didn't care for the new bench seating as too close to adjacent diners. Would not go here if... that's the only option. I had the vegetarian dish which was good except the potato pancakes were over-cooked and had a burnedtaste. Other diner had one of the stew dishes which was fine. Read more

I ordered a half order of the cabbage rolls and my side was sauerkraut and mushroom pierogis. I asked for another side, the... mizeria. The cabbage roll was so tender, it melts in your mouth. I couldn't imagine a full order (2 rolls). One stuffed cabbageroll was filling enough. The pierogis had just enough sauerkraut to get that slight sour taste. I actually asked my waitresswhich one of the flavored pierogis would she recommend and she mentioned the sauerkraut and mushroom pierogis. I'm glad! Themizeria was different for me because I've never had it. The cool cucumbers topped with fresh dill was refreshing. Read more

The Polish Cottage in Tucson, AZ. I found a litteral hole-in-the-wall place on the Maps. With that said, I only found the name... to be interesting. Then looking at their website peaked my interest further. Okay, the wait staff, very friendly, professionaland prompt. The ambiance is the first sense that you'll notice and enjoyed the background music along with the restaurantdecor. The Polish menu shows Perogi a plenty, different types from mild to spicy. I tried some of the menu items in aCombination Platter featuring sausage, stuffed cabbage roll topped with seasoned tomato sauce., pickled cabbage saurkraut saladand a beef Perogi. This combo filled me up. My taste buds were satisfied with a great taste of this world known cuisine. Other foods ordered liked very good and was described to me as tasty ans delicious. I especially recommend this place for thefact that support veterans and military with a discount. You're welcome my fellow brother and brothers and sisters in the armedforces. Read more
