If I could leave a score of zero I would. Out of just about everything on the sides and tenders. The only sides available were... mashed potatoes and red beans and rice. The place was freezing and smoke filled the entire dining room. After 40 minutes whenare order arrived packed to go even when I said it was for dine in. They had no napkins or silverware. I asked the manager ifthis seemed right to him and he was condescending and had no answer. If you don't have the basics of serving food at arestaurant it's time close the doors for the day. It seems with Walmart being a minute walk away they couldn't bother runningover to get a pack of napkins and $2 assorted silverware. The only positive I can see was the chicken was excellent even thoughthey were out of tenders. I feel sorry for the workers there to be under such poor leadership. I created an online order and when I arrived to pick it up, the staff claimed someone already picked up my order. I showed the... staff and manager my email receipt and the order on the popeyes app and they refuse to give me my order. They claimed the personwho picked up the order had the receipt. I've done about 4 or 5 online pick up orders in the past and not once have they ask tosee my mobile app receipt so I'm about 99.9% sure they did not verify the person picking up the order. The manager did notprovide a solution besides calling Door dash (again, this was a pick up not delivery). Even with my evidence they refuse toprovide me with my food nor did they offer me a refund. Unfortunately, they lost my business for the foreseeable future.Customer service needs to improve. Read more

Ordered drive thru grilled chicken tender meals, we waited extra time for them to make it. They tasted good but me and a friend... who ordered the same got stomach aches and bathroom busy afternoon. I guess is better to stick with the fried chicken instead. Read more

Somewhat disappointed. They didn't have any sauces, just ketchup and cocktail sauce. No honey or butter, the biscuits were... hard on the outside. Shrimp looked either old or old oil they were fried in. The team looked very unhappy, as though I wasbugging them. A employee (with long thick lashes) came out to ask about the food. As we were telling her our concerns, sheinterrupted and said, l just work here and left. I'm thinking why ask, if you really are not concerned. What is the problem with lack of customer service? They got my order wrong and when I asked them if they could please fix it... five people with attitude stood there staring at each other trying to figure out what to do. It's chicken! When I got home andopened my box and seen the chicken legs were the size of a wing and about two bites each that was irritating enough. But I paid$2.99 extra for Cajun Rice and they give me barely a half of a container! This has happened more than once at this location. Wewill never go back. I don't recommend this place to anyone unless you're on a strict diet because the portions are tiny and theprices are not. I wish I had taken a picture of the chicken. Terrible experience! I placed order on the Popeye?s app and was missing many items. I called 4 times but no answer so I had to... drive all the way back which is 15 -20 minutes one way. I ask for a refund and the boy working there has the audacity to give mean attitude and say that I need to get my refund online! Why?! If I placed it through the Popeyes app and why if you are thepeople who messed up my order?!!! On top of that he says the phone never rang so I showed him my phone that showed I called 4times. Pulled in at 4pm to nobody in the drive through. Ordered two chicken sandwiches and after I paid was told to pull around to wait... in front of the front doors. Blocking the entire row of parked cars in the process. Have been sitting waiting for food withthree other cars for 15 minutes. I finally went inside and my food was sitting on the counter.
