I went through the drive-through and verified with the staff member at the window if everything was in there. I told him I did... not see a couple of the items. He reassured me he put it in the box. When I got home, it was not there. I called and they toldme I could come back in but it was too late. They did offer me a free snack-size pie for the inconvenience. The popcorn shrimpwas just okay. Literally the worst customer service I've had in a very long time. Ordered a very inexpensive combo. A chicken tenders for two... but they didn't have any sauce other than ketchup and maybe ranch. So I asked if I can swap for the five piece chicken combo ofthe same price. I was told no. Then I requested a refund. Initially I was told no but I pushed and ended up getting my refund. Imean my little $10 wasn't. You know great loss to Popeyes but you know that bad business comes out of price. It was in Tucson soI probably wouldn't be going back anyway. But still if I do go to Tucson again I know where I'm not going. Read more
Pulled up to seeing the GM Rosalia cussing out a homeless person for trying to order. Then she said she closed the dining area... at 5PM due to ?cleaning? and putting chemicals on the floor ? which they could?ve done at closing. But the worst part is thatshe told a black lady standing in drive thru to not stand around asking for change. She was just trying to order like everyoneelse since she closed her dining area. The staff was nice but they definitely need a new general manager. She didn?t sayanything to us but the way we saw her treating other people is unacceptable. Read more
Worst restaurant ever, we ordered here for a mass order for a party, they do not follow basic health department standards. The... food tasted bad and was extremely gross when I spent lots of money for some good food. Our Doordash Driver even had troublegetting the food as well, we had to talk on the phone with the restaurant employees who were very rude, to be able to ?release?the food to the Driver. After the party, some of the people attending got food poisoning from this Popeyes food. I?m nevercoming here again! I would rather go to McDonald?s than this place as McDonald?s always follows health department standards. Read more

My first time ordering the original chicken sandwich combo ???? It was sooo delicious small size was just enough. Food was... fresh, crispy, and neatly prepared. I appreciate the employees who completed my order today. Thank you very much. Keep up thegood work. Drive thru girl your awesome. I asked what sauces do people ask for she suggest blackened ranch for my sandwich andher personal favorite sauce which is mixing barbecue with ranch. I enjoyed every bite with my sauce, I ran out. Watch out for the chicken not being all the way cooked. Cut my chicken burger in half and found the chicken to be raw... 2nd... issue 6/12/21. A couple of months later here I am gave them another try. I ordered the shrimp and chicken strip combo and one ofthe tenders was not fully cooked. I'm not sure what is going on with this place. I'm sure I'm not the only one getting rawchicken from this place. Someone needs to investigate. People can get sick. Read more
