Nothing wrong with the food, it's great. But this place is closed at the most random times and basically makes it impossible to... show up on time. They don't answer the phone so the time can be confirmed. Just a mess of a set up. The mall closes at 8 andthey don't even stay open till then like the mall website or Google or their own website says. You get there before 7 andthey've been closed since 5:45. Honestly this is one of my favorite places to eat and usually the staff is kind. But on Tuesday 2/8/2022 at 4pm, whoever was... working cashier and grill were the RUDEST people. The cashier seemed to be annoyed that me and my family were ordering, and thendidn?t even put down what we wanted, so we just let it go because they were busy and then they call our orders, (which werethree separate) and I picked up the first two, and then when they called my order they questioned me saying I already got foodand I showed them my receipt with number and the remark the grill gave me was ?it?s fine I guess?. Excuse me ? You called mynumber and it?s the food I ordered. And then the cashier didn?t hand me my drink and I waited and I asked if it was my drink sheput and on the side and she didn?t say a word to me and then annoyingly nodded her head. What a horrible experience! The food was forgettable, my dumplings were cold and when I asked for a drink they just pointed to a... sign that said: "No ice". What bothered me the most though, was to see how little management cares for the poor service they'regiving to their customers. After ordering my food I waited 30 MINUTES to get it, at a food court! Who does that? By the timethey called my number, my husband's food (which he smartly ordered from a different vendor) was cold. Never making the mistakeof ordering food from this place.again. Waited in line 20 minutes to order just to find out they weren't making sushi and had no ice for drinks. The person taking our... order had absolutely filthy hands. Waited over 30 minutes for out completely underwhelming meal 0 stars, would not recommend. Read more
Service was awesome! The guys were very polite and joyful. Usually the girls don't act very nice. Food was delicious! We shared... a teriyaki chicken and it was more than enough. Forgot to take a pic! Read more
It looks better than it is. Ok, so it?s a Mall Food Court fast food experience but it was really basic. I had the Shrimp... Teriyaki combo (meaning a very generous portion of rice). Soo.... This has never happened , but I just chipped a tooth with this in the chicken... I dont even know what it is. Feels like... some sort of hard plastic of some kind....so that's how my day is going, gonna contact customer service. Read more
