My first time here?. Burger was good? a bit salty? and rosemary fries were great. Two men in the kitchen spoke non stop VERY... VERY loud? and their conversation wasn?t always appropriate. When the one man laughed? it was UNBELIEVABLY loud? and we were wayback in the dining area? The man that took my order was a bit scruffy, didn?t appear clean and was more involved with theconversation with the two guys in the kitchen than he was with taking my order. Made me wonder about the condition of thekitchen????? (BTW? the place was empty?I was the only customer at the time) of course 2 others came in later with a child? Icould hear them trying to talk OVER the people in the kitchen? Read more

It was a unique experience visiting this place. The only issue I really had was the employees. They gave us weird looks when we... ordered food and they were very cold and distant. The cashier with red and short hair was the main problem but everything elsewas great. I would still recommend this place for the food and atmosphere. Read more

I was riding around town and came across Smashburger. I hadn't been to a Smashburger in a long time. The guy behind the... counter was helpful. Service was quick, but I was the only one there, so I cannot say what it would be like it was busy. Thefood was good, and filled the spot. Read more

Awful! Greedy food poor service and nothing above. When ordering we got a classic and a mushroom. I said I?d like to make it a... meal because that was on the menu but nope. Girl taking the orders said they don?t do that we have to order it separately. FINE.So we do. She doesn?t give us cups or numbers but did give a receipt. As we were going to a table the food the food delivery guywas lost and trying to find where to take the food. (Those order numbers at the front register would be helpful) we ask him forcups and he grabs them right away. As he brings our food we see that she rang it up wrong and our orders are mixed so we have torearrange burgers and fries. The classic burger says ketchup- no ketchup added but instead there?s MUSTARD! Both were greasy. Wewon?t be back. Read more

Smashburger is delicious and filling the fries could be better and the people behind me in line received their food before I... received mine. So I guess that's why my fries were cold and bland. There's a favored customer base that seems to get top notchattention it seems. Read more

Staff didn?t smile- didn?t welcome me in. Didn?t thank me for my order. I helped the ice guy- he looked at me like I was a jerk... for doing so. The food is good- the staff is lacking at best. Should have went to Zin Burger instead. Lesson learned. Plus-started to clean up 60 minutes prior to closing the doors- pulling mat?s- moving chairs, mopping floors. SMH Read more

I stopped going to the Broadway store as I always ask for no bun and for lettuce wrap style. They either give a bun and the redo... is wilted lettuce and no avacado. Or it's done w lettuce but again very little and super wilted. And they even wrapped it inpaper instead of in container. Or in container and put sideways in bag . So it leaks out and breaks through bag and soaks my carseat. So than I went to the grant store . One time got it right. Last week, I called in a chicken wrap avacado club . Got a bun. It was redone with Wilted lettuce. Dried out over cooked chicken. No avacado. Today I ordered 2 double bacon smash. One nobun no cheese. And smash fries. I pick it up and say . Is this all my order in this small paper bag in a plastic bag. Yup. Inthe store i opened the paper bag to find my tots upside down shoved down in burger. I tipped the bag upsidedown to get tots out.The container was barely half full. I saw my burger wrap sideways leaking out of paper bag. I told the person at the counter.Her response. That's why I put it in a plastic bag. I lifted up.the bag. It leaked allover in the plastic bag. I could havegrease up my arms. I picked up the other burger and the paper soaked up the grease and the burger inside was grossly soaked.Nothing like eating a mush bun. She seemed un phased . No pride in your work. No thoughtfulness. The only upside. The lettucewas plentiful and fresh. But that's not enough for me to return. Ops I need to add more. The soggy double bacon burger. I addedthat pic too. Note the soggy wilted lettuce . The tomatoes look super over ripe mush and you can see soggy bun on side. Sounappetizing and unappealing. Tossed lettuce and tomatoes. Again the Broadway and grant stores are so inconsistent . And no oneseems to care from staff to mgmt from reading back on other reviews. To bad I did enjoy this place. Read more

So we ordered on Wednesday 3/16 around 8 pm. By the time we got the food home they were closed. Ordered an avo club grilled... chicken. Clearly, the chicken is raw. Also no avocado on an avocado club..Called the store spoke to Shawn the ?gm? first of allhe was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He basically told me we were scamming him for free food good thing we took pictures of thechicken before throwing it out. I asked him what he could do for us, his response? Come in and buy another sandwich yes becausewe definitely want another RAW grilled chicken sandwich from y?all. Horrendous customer service. Read more
