Really hate to give this place one star because I absolutely LOVE smoothie king and used to live in the Midwest where we have... them but since moving to California, there aren't any around! So when I came to visit Tucson, it was my FIRST stop straight outof the airport before going and picking up family. Additionally I realized it was $5 Friday. Score! I went to this location andthe service was less than average. I went up to the register and ordered my regular and she awkwardly asked what size. Call mecrazy, but good customer service would say, "Hey it's $5 Friday, how's a 32 oz?!" Instead, it was me telling her I wanted the32oz and why. I grabbed a couple Bangs as well and they prepped the smoothie. On my way out, I saw she didn't even reflect thepromo and actually charged me $6 instead. I'm not going to walk back over to argue a dollar but I was definitely disappointed inthis location. Smoothie king has such a good reputation, it's too bad this store couldn't reflect that. Read more

I love coming here! Every time I come here to get my routine smoothie I always get a very open and inviting welcome! This store... and the river store are amazing. I always get treated so well every time I come inside to the lobby and the drive thru is quickand on point! The new management has really made a difference. ?? Read more
