Wow wow wow!! This food was so delicious. From the Kalbi beef to the teriyaki chicken. Both meats were seasoned so well. Tuna... max salad was on point! Spam Musubi was also really good. First time at this location. Food we really good, rated as authentic by a Hawaiian coworker that was with us. They easily... accommodated our fair sized group. Service was fast. The atmosphere is casual, with lots of base traffic. All and all, greatplace that we will visit again soon! Read more
Maybe if I dined in it would have been better but got the katsu chicken, beef, and bang shrimp but they were kind of chewy and... not in a fun way but the flavor was there. The only menu I could find was outdated and they didn't have what I was hoping forside wise so had to settle for plain white rice and a soggy Hawaiin role. The staff were nice and the service was quick ( 10minutes might explain the reason for the quality). Read more
I was so excited to hear there was a Hawaiian restaurant nearby! Solid grindz did not disappoint! Their meats were delicious and... moist and the Mac salad was amazing. The service at Solid Grindz during both of my visits was excellent. Both times the girls that helped me were very pleasant. I... tried the Teriyaki Chicken and the Bang Shrimp on two separate visits. The Teriyaki Chicken was tasty. The teriyaki sauce isamazing too. The Bang Shrimp was crispy, and flavorful. The Bang sauce was a nice compliment to the shrimp. The macaroni saladand white rice on the side were also delicious. I would highly recommend Solid Grindz to anyone seeking quality Hawaiian BBQ. Read more
Decent Hawaiian style food. The poké was good, the kalua style pork was a bit watery but good flavor, and the loco moco was... decent but the patty was dry. The sides of beans and tuna Mac was pretty good. I lived in Hawaii for some time so it's hard todo what they do in Hawaii but overall not bad. Check it out! Read more
