I always get a cream slush, strawberry cream slush with chocolate. It tastes just like a chocolate covered strawberry. It been a minute since I went to this location oh man it went down hill. I mean the few times before today 07/20/22. It was fast... and clear on what I was expecting. Today I asked to get the large brown bag special but got medium everything. Also the wackypacks for the kids are not 1.99 on Wednesdays only online orders get that deal at least that what the people at the drive thrusaid. I do apologize but I will no longer go to this location for another few months to see if it change because not going therebefore today some how it went down hill. Read more
Would give 0 stars if I could. Every other time I visit this Sonic, there is an issue. Today was the final straw. Waited over 20... minutes for our order. THEN when she brought out the food, the order was incomplete. I let her know that I?m missing an item.She says ?is it not in your bag?? Would I be speaking to you AGAIN if it was!?! Do better, Sonic. I've never had a complaint at this place but I'm a regular customer and the past two times, I've had an issue. The first time, I... ordered a brownie batter shake and I got a plain, flavorless vanilla shake with random chocolate chunks at the way bottom, thatwas NOT what I ordered and when I went back to correct my order, the girl working at the window gave me attitude and just said"I guess I'll just make you a new one..." $3.59 for medium tots with a small spoon fill of cheese on a couple of those tots. 11 tots to be exact. Another side of plain... tots medium size 11 tots. We?re $2.89. We added mustard to the bare tots that were supposed to have the cheese we paid .80 centsfor. I times are tough for everyone. A big company like Sonic is not struggling as much as most of us. You would have thoughtthose young employees bought the product with their own money that?s how skimpy they were with the cheap nacho cheese that comesin a #10 can for $8.99. That?s 106oz. We did not even get an ounce. I worked 35 years in restaurants. Managed a coupletoo.. The only good part about this lunch was the creamy lemonade slushy. Far better than chick-fill-a?s lemon freeze. We are from the far north side of the county and were down the road for training with the county and with about an hour trip... ahead of us. One of our passengers had skipped lunch and wanted a fast burger. Through the drive through this Sonic was fast onour simple order to get us out on the road. Too bad they couldn't run the County and City planners to do away with the trafficjam down the street; they'd do a better job at it given their service at Sonic. Read more
