The other day I witnessed a very disturbing incident at this location where a woman who I believed to be a manager of this... establishment was very rude to one of her baristas. I am a firm believer in keeping a collectively harmonious workplace but thismanager was telling her barista that his opinions didn't matter and that no body cared, I was disturbed because that is NOT howI speak to my team at my workplace. I'm not sure what they were disputing about but please treat your employees better!Everyones feelings and opinions matter and if you are telling your employees otherwise, you are cultivating a very negativeenergy within your work place. Do better. I felt the need to write this review because Starbucks is a leading company thateveryone holds at a high standard I'm sure and I think for a company with such high standards and expectations that theirstandards for workplace peace would be higher and I was appalled to have seen such a blatant display of disregard for the veryworkers who make this company what is is. Staff were very respectful and non-invasive when I walked in with my dog who is in training. It made my day!

I loved going to this Starbucks until I was rudely told that they can?t replace my order that they missed up. I explained to the... barista that I wanted whole milk in my iced white mocha once I received the drink it was almond milk how did I know thisbecause I?m highly allergic and had a terrible allergic reaction I explained this once and was told it was nothing they can do. I always enjoy going to the starbucks! It may be small, but they always make extremely good drinks. And the staff is so... friendly. This is definitely a Starbucks that I always try to stop by when I'm in the area. The atmosphere is very nice! Andthey don't understaff this store which is a plus for me! Recommend 10 out of 10.
