Very nice stand, had a girl make my white chocolate iced mocha, very friendly. Only thing is, I tried to hand her a $3 tip and... she refused saying she's not allowed to accept tips. They need to hire another person. Poor girl has a line of people and I am assuming on line orders since I stood in line for at... least 10 min and only 1 order got taken in the line. Something obviously went wrong with the tap coffee, girl was all by herselftaking orders, making coffee and trying to fix machine. Dont come here if you are on a time crunch! Read more

I walk up to the counter and the lady told me just a minute, so I proceeded to look at merchandise on the salesfloor. Five... minutes later a group of people came up to the counter and ordered their drinks, after they order another 5 minutes went by andI asked her why I wasn't recognized as someone that was waiting. She told me because I stepped out of line. I stepped to theside because she told me to wait. It's frustrating, I respected her wish and she denied being wrong.. it's all about making itright,remember what you tell your customers and know I was waiting longer.
