Great convenient location not far off the freeway, but hidden back in the shopping center near Costco so you gotta know where... it's at. GPS takes you there accurately. Good long drive thru lane. Typical Starbuck's fast friendly service and great tastingdrinks and food. Read more

After we ordered though the counter we waited about 4 minutes. The beverages were set on the counter. Next to each other. I... asked the server if these was my order. She said yes. I picked up one drink,. The others were definitely not mine,. A differentcolor. Finally the complete order was placed on the counter. I discovered that the drink I picked up up was not mine. Similarto the one I ordered. They should have a better serving system. Fortunately no harm was done and the other person did notcomplain. Read more
I have been ordering the same drink for years. Today I tried this one and it was bad can't taste the espresso no Peppermint was... added and I paid for double mocha and Peppermint. After the very this bad week all I wanted was my coffee and now it just tasteslike milk and ice never again at this place. Read more
This store has no since of urgency when it come to customers. I left because I was tired of waiting for my order when 15 drinks... were made and mine was not even started. There was no customers service or communication about why it was taking so long.Instead of asking what my order was and getting right on it. She offered to do a refund and sent me on my way. Veryunprofessional and I will not be going back to this location. Management needs to retrain there staff on basic customer service. Read more

The worst customer service ever!!! I usually get Brown sugar oat milk. This drink literally tasted like pure cinnamon... powder????. Came back to the store to let them know about the drink. Seem like they didn?t care. I got a different drinkinstead just because I don?t want the same thing happened again. Now the second drink, chocolate almond espresso, taste justlike water down coffee with a hit of caramel. The worst place ever.
