Ordered a white hot chocolate, gave me a regular hot chocolate.. super chalky and definitely not what I wanted.
Zianah is an incredible server. She answered our questions so kindly, and our drinks were ready in less than a minute :)
8.29.2022 - This is my 2nd favorite Starbucks to visit (only because there is one closer to me). The Baristas are fantastic,... friendly, and genuinely act like they love their jobs.???? My one and only gripe is; I sometimes have a guest that cannotconsume caffeine. We order creme based Frappes, and 9 times out of 10 I'm handed a caffeinated drink. It happened again today.???? Horrible!!!! Bad enough to sell 6.5 drinks and advertise national promos and then the staff want to fight that you used it Spend... over $100 a month on these drinks and then the staff fights to keep $3 and fight about it Thank goodness we have opened manycompetitors for Starbucks time to move on from this company Read more
I used my Starbucks Visa card to pay for my purchase. In their rewards program, you were supposed to get three stars for every... dollar purchased. Instead the transaction was categorized as a fast food purchase and I only received .25 of the rewards I wassupposed to get. Very disappointed. Read more
