Completely over priced, and nothing but sweetener in the drink.
I went because I had a gift card that I forgot about. I normally don't indulge due to cost. Because it was a freebe for me, I... went ahead and ordered the new Carmel crunchy Frappuccino. My server let me taste the crunchy bits so I could taste and let themmelt in my mouth. He also added chocolate for me. When I was walking around shopping I realized it was just too sweet so I wentback and got 2 shots of expresso. Both people who served me were super friendly and helpful.
