I went to the Starbucks at this Fry?s location and was rudely met by the lady at the cash register. After I recited my order to... her, as she asked me to do; she put her finger up as a gesture for me stop. After she continued to struggle on the computer,after what felt like years, she then continues to berate her poor coworker in front of everyone waiting for their coffee. Iheard her say ?I?m not trying to be rude I?m just trying to make you understand the Starbucks way.? Not once did she lift afinger to help or be of any help to anyone who were patiently waiting for their coffee. She continued to be condescending to theother barista and stood in the corner questioning her every move. You could tell the poor lady was stressed and it made me soangry to see someone who was working so hard be belittled by someone who doesn?t know where the whip cream button is on her owncomputer system. When I went up to grab my coffee and I quietly told the other barista that I hoped her day got better. I thenproceeded to take a sip of my coffee and practically yelled with excitement ?THIS IS THE BEST COFFEE I?VE EVER HAD FROM THISSTARBUCKS, GOOD JOB!? The rude barista glared at me and I told her to have a good day. After sitting on this all day i decidedto write this review. Kindness is free and taking your anger out on others, especially at work, is completely unnecessary. Read more
I wasn't there!!! There are family members I have Nothing to do with that are using my name for Many things including buying... things!!!!!!! But I don't want to put down what could look bad for a business, I hear their a popular place!!! So I gave it 5stars. Read more
I always have a great experience with Starbucks, except the service with Elsa, I don?t know if she has a bad day or something... like that but she is reactive and aggressive with the service. Read more
I had the worst experience at this Starbucks inside of Fry's!! The front person was taking our orders (there was 5 of us... waiting) and here comes a young Caucasian guy, who she immediately served as the 5 of us just watched what she did! I asked formy money back for Poor Customer Service! And went to another Fry's on Grant/1st Ave and was treated with Excellent CustomerService! Read more
I ordered an iced coffee and a croissant breakfast sandwich. When I got home, I opened the bag, to a absolutely horrendous... surprise. Before me, sat a moldy croissant. I don't even know how to explain how horrible the "croissant" looked. I didn't wantto go all the way back to complain, but how are the workers allowed to do stuff like this? Read more
This is hands down the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The service is horrible and it takes forever to order then takes... forever to get the drink. Used to like this location but all of a sudden they are over charging! I went from paying 3.72 for a venti iced coffee to 4.45.... I ordered a Trenta & it was almost 6.00!!!! I?ve ordered at an actual Starbucks location the day before, same exact Trenta icedcoffee and it was 4.08. The Frys on Grant & 1st N Ave also 4.08 for the Trenta. How in the hell is it almost 2.00 more there?!Shady shady!!! Someone is pocketing!!!! Read more
