If you hate dealing with public and can't even mumble an insincere thank you, then this is the place for you. The employees... acted put upon that I dared to place an order. Just left after getting the worst service I've ever gotten from a Starbucks, and I'm honestly still shocked. James the batista... did not say more than 2 words to me during the whole transaction. I said hello to him and he just glared at me the whole time.I really have no idea what his problem was but I had to watch him make my drink out of fear he was going to spit in it. I came into Fry's desperately seeking coffee and was excited to find a Starbucks located here. The barusta named Cheyenne was... working and I've never experienced such trouble customer service. She was void of any positive personality and spoke withrudeness and hostility. James the other barista was kind and quickly filled my order. I'm disappointed and distraught that I wastreated so unkindly for no reason at all, if I come back I will avoid her at all cost. Thank you. Read more
Cheyenne was not a good barista. I ordered a Venti drink and I wanted an extra scoop of strawberries and blackberries (3 instead... of 2). She almost yelled at me as if it was a crime to want an extra scoop. I also wanted my drink blended and that is not whatshe did. All she did was shake up my drink. The drink tasted fine but it was not as I ordered it. I would not recommend thisparticular shop to anybody, nor will I be coming back unless Cheyenne changes her attitude. Read more
