I ordered a Vente Americano with Carmel drizzle( clearly stated)). She made it with the artificial pump Carmel flavor. IM... ALLERGIC TO THAT. I ASK THEM TO CORRECT IT. Very nice and helpful staff. Great selection of to-go coffee, mugs and tumblers too. I would love to have this place in my household lol

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this location. The Manager, Susie, was extremely rude and condescending when told... there was a slight mistake. Instead of simply fixing the mistake she proceeded to tell me there was no mistake and next time Ishould speak up. After an unnecessarily long and unpleasant exchange she still continued to gesture in my face what I "shouldhave done or said"when ordering. She then spoke to me like I was a child. It was embarrassing and my family and I will no longerbe ordering from there again. I believe she also influenced her much younger employee to be just as rude.
