Tonight was the most unfriendly experience at Starbucks. The barista messes up our order and and did not apologize just took the... drink back and gave us a new one. The smile was non existent even before the incident, even after my husband joked with her. Shegave us drinks in a drink holder which we did not ask for and said thank you and close the window without giving us straws. Read more
My girlfriend was in a bad mood today so I sent her off to go get her self a drink. You know women love there Starbucks. So we... live less than a block away and it took her 35 mins to get her order then the worst part was that it was water down by the timeshe got home and it did not taste like what we always order at other Starbucks. The service has gone down significantly in the past few months. Simple drink orders come out slow, I've received the wrong... person's order several times, and when I received my order, it's been incorrect. I've given up asking for the correct orderbecause it usually is still wrong. I'm disappointed because the folks that work here are great and super courteous, but thereis clearly a disconnect somewhere. Read more
