Just went in to pick up an order, was told it wasn't ready, that she would call me when its ready, so i waited. Eventually... people who arrived and ordered after me started getting their drinks called out. I saw a drink that looks like the one i waswaiting for, cut in line and asked about my order, it was the drink i was waiting for. They didn't call out the name, theydidn't package it and have it ready to go, they started helping other customers. It doesn't matter the quality of food if youare going to ignore your customers and let drinks just sit. Read more

You either love Starbucks or you don't. They have my favorite chai and the only time I drink flavored coffees is when I go out.... I only get half pumps because of all the sweetness but I love the vanilla latte and whenever they have pumpkin anything thenyes. My only complaint always is that I don't like standing online to order things. Read more
