The manager of this location would be so embarrassed if they knew how 'Manda' treats their customers! From the minute I walked... in the door, she was rude and unhelpful- which was whatever because I know customer service is not an easy job, especiallyduring the holidays. But the situation became really absurd when she insisted my drink (which I was staring right at) wasn'tmine and then proceeded to follow me into the parking lot once she'd realized her error and berated me for "my entitledbehavior" which she apparently perceived and described by mocking my body language in a dramatic reenactment. First of all, I amautistic- I'm sorry if my body language in response to someone being rude and raising their voices to me is obviously conveyinghow uncomfortable I am- but the way she spoke/mocked/ and called me names was a totally unacceptable response to that. And evenif I weren't autistic, being curt and unhelpful to a customer is bound to solicit a likewise response. I'm sorry Manda hates herjob so much, but that is not my, nor any other customer's problem and we shouldn't be punished for it. Starbucks is the lastplace you expect to find miserable employees; at 4 to 5 bucks a drink, they should be paid enough to at least be nice tocustomers ??????? Read more

The team here is awesome. They work well under pressure and they are always friendly and courteous. I love this location.
