Store hour changes are great but leaving an open sign on at 5 am was very misleading .

Not a huge subway fan but my girls love it. But the 5 star rating is for the gentleman that works Tuesday morning. His... service and attitude is always awesome, he is the reason I get my kids a sandwich once a week. Customer service goes a longway. Read more

Had to repeat myself constantly because the lady that was making my sandwich couldn't retain any info given to her.(literally... gave her two items and would wait to continue and she couldn't even remember that). Then when I would repeat it she would rollher eyes or sigh. The guy that was working with her was mumbling little comments under his breath, which is rude in itself. Noidea what kind of day either of them were having but I happen to work in the food industry as well and they need to leave theirattitude at the door. Customer service is out the window. Wish I would have asked for both of their names. The food is good butthey seriously need new employees/ management. Read more

Staff is very rude. I asked politely for them to change their gloves after making a sandwich, before making my salad. Staff... sighed, rolled her eyes and tossed containers around. I explained I have a gluten allergy and trying to keep my exposure down. Read more

Yesterday around 1:50 pm my husband and I stopped by to purchase sandwiches for us and our boys. When we first walked in, there... was a customer with a cane informing a younger female employee (manager on duty?) who had an accent; that bathroom wasn'tworking. The employee with accent was rude/dismissive to the customer and commented that "there was a sign, they're both notworking". The customer said there was no sign on the one toilet and that she was just informing them. The employee with theaccent just replied that "they're not working" and the "guy had been called" to fix them. The customer with the cane walked ourseemingly irritated. My husband and I were helped by an older female employee who began making our sandwhiches. The employeewith the accent did not assist the older female employee by putting on the sandwhich toppings (which I have experienced at othersubway locations) instead she began reaching over the older employee; filling already full toppings bins and reaching over ouropen sandwhiches laying to be completed on the prep counter!!! It took the older lady 20 minutes to make our sandwhiches byherself. The employee with the accent didnt offer to help the older employee even when she asked how to make a new wrap!!! Asthe older employee finally finished our order another couple walked in and employee with the accent helped them. We purchasedsandwhiches for 4 people the order totalled $33. We will not return to Subway again. I hope someone trains the employee whoseemed to be in charge on how to provide good customer service! So disappointed!! Read more

I have never been treated so rudely. I checked the website before going in. Closing time 10:00 pm. Arrived at the resuraunt at... 8:50. Upon entering the establishment we were greeted rudely. While making our sandwiches Erica left and went to the backseveral times. While eating, the staff locked the bathrooms and tore the soda fountains apart for cleaning. Cabinet doors werebring slammed, and thing thrown around in the backroom. Only half finished with our meal we decided to leave. We asked for themanagers phone number and Erica (staff) told us that they closed at 9:00. She also said that she had bagged our food to go andthat we should have left. At no time were we told they were closed and we needed to leave. They finally gave us the managersphone number (if it is the managers number) and was told"Go ahead and call nobody cares". We were treated badly after spendingover $60.00 in this establishment. Will we go back to subway? Probably not! Read more

Staff was very rude. My daughter ordered a kids meal for her 5 year old, then ordered a meal deal for her with chips and handed... the chips to my grandson. The woman rudely informed my daughter that "He can't eat chips with a kids meal. We'll have to chargeyou a lot more." My daughter reminded her that the chips were with her meal. She then said, "Well, you gave them to him." Mydaughter told her that she was sharing it. The woman glared at her. When I told them the diet Coke was out, I was ignored. Iwaited 10 minutes and we were the only ones in the store! After requesting it be changed THREE TIMES, the other staff memberrolled his eyes and went to change it. Will NEVER return to that store and will make sure my friends and family know about theextremely poor service. Read more
