You need to give Issa (i hope thats how younspell it), Athena and all the young ladies there raises, they always take such good... care of me, they know my mobile order already and always hook it up with the extra spinach. I has an amazing experience at this subway. Was served with an amazing attitude !! While my sandwich was being made a rude lady... began talking very loudly demanding her sandwich and something free for having to wait. And the staff handled it amazingly andthey made sure the rest of us who felt uncomfortable with the situation were okay. Read more
Ordered online and was told my order was ready for pickup. Only to get there and they hadn't even started preparing my order.... Not the first time this has happened at this location. We pay regular price, we didn?t use coupons or anything I ask for a sub and they barely put any ingredients in it I mostly eat... bread with a slide of turkey ham and a strips of lettuce a told the lady and they say it was the manager that put restrictionsto the employees to just used a small amount of product ! What?s the point in ordering a meal if you don?t include my drinks? This has happened multiple times before. No joke I would... estimate around at least $20 I have spent in undelivered drinks in 2022 alone. Your cookies are so good I normally let it slide.But the fact that more then half the time you forget my drinks. is too much. this is getting ridiculous! It?s to the point I?mstarting to not want to order from subway anymore because I can?t trust them to deliver what I order! Especially now that youcharge a delivery fee when I order from subway.com. I expect it it to be better then this. I don?t expect it to be perfect. Iknow I won?t get my entire order 100% of the time. but I do expect to receive my entire order at least more often then not.
