On your way home and forgot dinner? Not a problem if you like sub sandwiches. Some small problems occure at this location. Like... the toaster oven being down or the register only accepting cash. So make sure you carry cash just in case. But for the mostpart, this location usually does pretty good. The staff is usually pretty friendly I guess it depends on the day. Normally I wouldn't do reviews but this visit was awful. I asked for ham and turkey and the older lady with shirt red hair put... literally two slices of each meat on my sandwich and tried to make everything fit in the middle of the bread. Nothing even gotnear the ends of the flatbread and if it did, she took it off of the bread and put it back in the container! I had also askedfor extra tomato and she put a total of three tiny pieces. I'm so disappointed in this. She has made my sandwich before and Iwasn't as upset because she was in training but she has been here for weeks now. To top everything off, even the wrap my fiancéordered had seriously a slice of meat and the rest were condiments. We got here and waited for at least 10 minutes for her tohelp us at 10 am and she told us that they had no other bread because of them being closed last night when Subway opens at 7 am.We should not have had to pay $20 for something like this. Went at 7:20 on Saturday night and they had no bread ready! Out of most everything unless I wanted to wait for them to go prep... more in the back ???? you would think on a Saturday night that early and subway being the only "fast food" they would beprepared better Read more
This is our best Subway! We get the same delicious sandwich when we go here and the staff is so much fun to play with. They are... so young and enthusiastic and friendly we always make each other laugh and want to come back. Read more
Update today is 3/21/19 and no contact to this complaint or response to my complaint on Subway's website directly. I know that... based on the time from my first post that this food spot does not care about the customers experience or how your food isprepared....amazing how a place can be in business and function with very poor quality employees. The girl named Nikki is theworst angriest person I have ever had serve food, the manager of this place can not think leaving a person with the attitudethis girl has up front serving food to normal people is a good idea. It reflects on the store manager very poorly, not sure ifshe has a family member that insures she keeps her job because it is not based on her performance that is obvious to a blinddeaf mute person from across the store. She stands out like a sore thumb and treats every customer that is not her drinkingbuddy like scum and makes me personally feel like I should not be buying food here. My family comes here few times a week and IWILL NOT COME BACK if this is the way employees are to treat PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! BEWARE IF YOU WANT FOOD HERE AND NIKI ISWORKING!!! I would have given a lower than 1 star if possible!!! By the way this girl also charged me $21.32 for a foot longand a 6" sub so I will bet she is stealing from the subway and a GOOD MANAGER would spot this behavior.
