I went in for a sandwich and I ordered two bags of chips and a cookie no drink. Get home other bag of chips gone and no cookie... plus I gave you two dollar tip so thanks a lot for nothing there Subway and no I wasn't going back because I had to go back towork. I made an order for pickup. Upon arriving home, I ate half of my sandwich. Soon after I noticed this lovely green bug in the... wrapper of my sandwich. So disgusting! This bug is not indigenous to Arizona, it?s called a green stink bug found in producecrops. Please do yourself and your stomach a favor, and go somewhere else. Read more

Horrible customer service. Today I ordered delivery room because I?m stuck at home with a newborn I can?t get out. I ordered a... sub meal with two cookies a bottle of vitamin water and a bag of chips. Upon receiving my delivery from my door dasher I didn?thave any cookies and my sub had raw bacon on it. I called and told the subway assistant manager about the missing cookies. Ididn?t realize I had raw bacon on my sub until after I placed that initial call about my missing cookies. When I called aboutthe missing cookies they said there?s nothing that they can do about it but write a note for a future order but they couldn?tgive me a refund. I want a refund. I tried to call back again when I noticed that my subway right bacon on it and nobody willanswer the phone. Do not go to the location they have poor customer service and terrible attitudes.
