I enjoy subway..however I've received my blt with no l or t. I have asked for it specifically since this has happed at least 3... times at different locations. My thought the first time was who orders a bacon and Mayo sandwich? So I go there less frequentlyand hope to get an actual blt next time. Read more
Not the best subway location in town for sure. Do not like the area, too many homeless around everywhere in that complex. But... sandwich was decent, could have put more veggies like requested but I guess that's what take out is about now and days. ???? Read more
Just recently moved to Tucson first time into this location and the shift lead Harmony didn't speak when we walked in, ignored... we were even standing in the store for 5 minutes no exaggeration, mind you no one else is in the store but me and my husband, then when she did acknowledge us she had the worst attitude. With the rudest tone and facial expression she said what can I getyou guys. After her tone and attitude we just left. I would recommend skipping this location especially when she's working. Read more
I have been coming here for several years and have never had any issues. The service is usually very friendly. It unfortunate to... say this is no longer true. I?ve been getting the same thing at subway for years, turkey and salami, and I have always gottenthe free double meat cookie. Every time. There is a worker at this store now that refuses to give it to me and insists that I amincorrect and I never should have gotten one in the first place. Even though I have gotten it for years at several locations.She wasn?t very accommodating and was quite rude. She clearly didn?t want to help me clear up my confusion and just insistedthat everyone who has given me a cookie was wrong. It left a very bad taste in my mouth. I will not be returning. Read more
We ordered online through the app last night because they were not allowing patrons in to order due to COVID (good for them!).... Unfortunately, when we got home, we realized our sandwiches had not been toasted. These were sandwiches that definitely neededto be toasted to be tasty. I called Laura, the manager of the location, this morning and she was SO accommodating and sweet. Sheallowed us to come grab two more of our sandwiches free of charge to replace the ones we could not eat last night. Even if shehad not extended the free sandwiches, I would have been satisfied simply from the pleasant conversation I had with her.
