If you're in a hurry I wouldn't recommend this subway sad to say, most locations I've been to are efficient & expeditious in... getting your order right. It was a weekday, Tuesday around 2:30p.m., there was no one else in the establishment at the time, yetthe girl still got it wrong & had to remake my simple Sandwich only order(btw, the manager was at the register at the time &watched the horrible service) sandwich was delicious as always, yet I would not return, I'd go to Brueggers Bagels next door onmy next trip downtown as they consistently deliver friendly, efficient, quality service every time. If I'm spending $15 for amedium tea & footlong roasted chicken sandwich I expect better service. Read more
It?s a SUBWAY®, and it meets expectations. The staff treats regulars very well until the manager walks in to help, and then the... regulars just become faces in the crowd, asking about upsell items that I haven?t wanted for the past three years that I?ve beencoming here. The staff were very friendly. They missed my order up horribly though. I ordered a turkey with bacon and they asked if I wanted... to double turkey for like $3 more with two cookies and I said yes. And then when I got back to the train station I noticed I didnot get the bacon or the mayonnaise on the sandwich that I asked for or the cookies but of course they charged me the extra.Paying 13 plus dollars for a sandwich that isn't even delicious and that they didn't even make correctly was kind of a bummer. The subs are amazing. When I go to this location, there's this one guy I always see and we share a few laughs when I'm the only... person in line so I feel welcomed everytime I go here. But I really miss the original hours. I used to go at around 6 in theevening and that's the time he worked. I've only gone twice in the past 4 months. I used to go about 2-3 times a week becausesubway is my all time favorite fast food establishment. Anyways, please revert back to your normal hours then I will give you 5stars. Read more
