Used to be great. Ordered tonight, no chicken on my chicken quesadilla. Found out when i got home and the restaurant is only... willing to remake it. Why would I want to spend more gas for them to remake 1 item? Food was good as always. Customer service is usually superb. Today at about 5pm. Not so much. Sat in drive thru without even a... greeting for up to 5min. Then after multiple request and review for no tomato?s on my order. Still put tomatoes. Also if I hadnot heard the person say no sauce I would have left with none. Otherwise would have been a 6 star. I went 2 days in a row the fountain for beverages was not functioning either day had to get staff to get your drink or a refill... waited at the front for someone to come to me ask what I wanted refill please. I certainly beverage fountain has been fixed bynow I haven't been back since. Read more

It's just taco bell. So you obviously know the food quality is what it is. That said, this place gets EVERY order correct.... Always quick service. And the people in the drive through never give that "I hate my job and don't care vibe". Read more
They left a chunk of ice in my taco. Two bits of shredded cheese were submerged in the ice. How does this happen?
