Friendly service. So, Ill talk about the food. I'm so glad the Mexican Pizza is back. Its not great but its great to know I can... get one. Since the taco shells have gone down in quality, they are at the level of Del Taco, I try to stick to the Pizza. I do like taco bell... one of my fav fast foods.... but I feel like I would make a more flavorful chalupa or crunchwrap at... home... it doesn't have the greatest ingredients I guess... just kinda blan for my taste... but still OK... I really appreciatethat they have vegan options Read more

The Taco Bell on Old Vail Rd did not get my order right and the quality is not comparable to the other taco bells around Tucson.... First, I ordered some cinna twists that were not in the bag when I arrived at home, second both the quesoritto and the grilledcheese burrito both came with the slightest amount of meat, and thirdly I asked for enough sauces for a total of 6 tacos plusthe 2 burritos and I received 3 sauce packets after requesting 15... unfortunately this is the closest taco bell in Rita Ranch,so I'll definitely go there again, but I'll skip the drive thru and go into the restaurant to order and check to make sure itscorrect before leaving. Update The manager Will called me and let me know he was working with a whole new group of employees andthey were still in training. He let me know to go back any time and get my next order on him. I never went back to get thatorder, however I have been going there pretty regularly and I have not had any issues. Even when they were delayed and I had towait longer than normal the employees were aware of the long waits and acknowledged the long wait time and gave everyone somefree taco coupons. I don't know about the menu options, I just stopped by to use the restroom but the restraint and restrooms where very well kept... and the crew staff very helpful. It is kid friendly, they are wheelchair accessable and parking was not at all crowded. Read more
