I like Taco Bell sometimes but I will not be going to this location on Thorneydale Rd Ever! The smell of this Taco Bell was... anything but Mexican food. I don't know if it was a cleaning solution or what but it was horrible smelling. The service was veryslow and there were 5 employees I saw and 2 customers in the store, including me. I ordered ahead of time thinking I'd be in andout, 20 minutes later, I left the store. Taco Bell here on Thorneydale is not worth my time, I'll go hungry! Not bad for the price. I tried the Spicy Potato Soft Taco for $1. and the Chipotle Ranch Chicken Burrito for $2. Potato in a... taco along with the spicy sauce was a refreshing change. I'd have given a better review, but there was drama in the kitchenbetween the manager and his worker, both dropping f-bombs loud enough for customers to hear, was unprofessional and unpleasant,also we had to wait an entire 30 minutes to get our food when the lobby and drive thru were empty. They always get my orders right! Fast to, Thursday has become my new taco bell day.
So the only reason I am giving my experience 5 stars is because of the manager, I believe his name is Matthew. I went through... the drive thru tonight and ordered a cravings box and a cheddar chipotle chalupa meal. We waited a while to get our food whichhonestly isn?t a big deal. Once we got our food we noticed as we were driving away that they forgot our drink so I went back andgot my drink, and again not a big deal. I understand that sometimes there are mistakes and stuff happens. Once I got home I thanrealized that instead of receiving the chalupa?s that I had ordered we were given regular ones instead. I called the store andhad the pleasure of speaking with Matthew. I explained that we received the wrong order and he offered a replacement. Luckily Ido not live to far so I was able to come back tonight. Once I got to the store he apologized multiple times, gave myself and myfriend a free coupon. After a couple minutes he asked the employees if the food was being made and I don?t think it was yet andso he told us he was going to go back and take care of it for us. He made the replacement and apologized again. I reallyappreciated how nice he was to us and how he apologized. It is so nice to see hardworking and gentlemen of a manager. Hedeserves a raise!!!!
