Okay, so this Taco Bell should probably win an award or something for the best Taco Bell in Tucson. I?ve visited this location... often over the past 6 months and not once have I been disappointed. It?s not often fast food consistently gets your order rightwhile delivering great customer service. This Taco Bell does. Whatever y?all are doing there, you?re doing it right. Bruh. Probably one of the worst taco bells I've ever been to. I've been here three times - once for a doordash pick up and the... other times for personal dining - and every single time they've gotten my orders horribly wrong and were genuinely very rude.I'm even fairly certain that they mess my orders up on purpose as a joke because when I asked for no lettuce, there was so muchlettuce literally everywhere, even outside the wrapper and covering the bottom of the bag. Then the cheesy bean and riceburritos were only beans with a small sprinkling of rice at the bottom. It's always a waste of time and energy going to this oneand it's lasted the test of time in my opinion because it's been bad every single time. Read more
Would have Given 1 star but because I honestly do like tacobell however the night crew is a different story I don't understand... why I can't pickup my doordash order in the drive-thru but Instead, after being told rudley that the lobby is open and I wouldneed to come inside, I then had to wait for the 5 cars in front of me and when I did get inside... Guess what...my order stillwasnt ready It took another 15 minutes to finally get my doordash order... Best part of all... The order...#7 , quesadilla softtaco, and a drink.... OMFG Read more
I love Taco Bell so much almost here everyday. The older ladies working drive thru and Margo are extremely nice with great... manners for a business. However, others not so much. Also, i eat a certain way so those that do please just pay attention tohow you make the food when it?s being requested a certain way. I?ve worked fast food jobs and always treated people with greatmanners because you should always be thankful for your job. Plus Taco Bell is such an easy job to work at and they give you FREEfood and good benefits!!! I use to work at one. They people you work for may suck, but the job you do should never come betweencustomers. Read more
I spend $47. I had to repeat myself 3 times at the speaker. I was told to park by the side door. Didn wait long ..put missing... chalupa. No napkins...no forks for the fiesta potatoes. I was the only car at the time at the drive thru. I had to do right backin drive thru to get my missing item and sauces. Young girl at the speaker was the same person who served me at the window..the1st and the 2nd time ...no Thank you..no sorry . nothing. The 2nd time she open the window and had the bad one item I wasmissing right inside my car. Right in my face. All these sauce for 3 chalupas. If I had got forks and napkins...I wonder howmany I would get? Read more
Seriously the worst food presentation, driveline Skimpy and not worth the money I just spent. $10 on this! Please hire better... staff and food preps, or retrain.
