The smoothies here are delicious yet overpriced. However I was willing to look past that until the experience my daughter had... going through the drive through today . The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional to my daughter during her experience.I believe some of the staff members need a lesson in professionalism and to work on their people skills ! My first time today. The staff was AMAZING as I read my way through the menu and offered to help if I had any questions. I ended... up ordering the Baja wrap I believe (it had chicken, black beans, pickled onions) and I was pleasantly surprised when it waswarm and the first bite was great...but after about the 3rd bite I realized they didn't put the avocado on it which was reallydisappointing. I got the jetty punch smoothie and I'm sorry to say it was awful, the only really flavor was freezer burntice...it was almost is if they had forgotten to add the fruit to mine and just added ice to the blender from the last smoothie(yes Im sure they did not). I will be back, but I'll check my food and maybe go with a smoothie with more ingredients?? Read more
it was my first time ever going to tropical smoothie and I had no idea what I wanted. The employees were so kind asking me... questions about things I like and giving me so many different recommendations. I was truly baffled by the service it was soamazing!! Went to Tropical Smoothie today after previously switching from Jamba Juice and I have to say everything from the smoothies to... the service was 100% better. The employees showed kindness and made me feel welcome in the store and no pressure to orderquickly as I made up my mind from all the choices!! They got my order out in a quick and timely manner and they were veryfriendly about everything. I definitely will be coming my back with my friends and ordering more smoothies! Read more
Wow. I have never been here before and I was not expecting that. This place is amazing and delicious! I had the chicken Caesar... wrap and my mind was blown. It was DELICIOUS! It was between Taco Bell and Tropical Smoothie Cafe and we obviously went withthe healthier and better tasting place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a tasty meal with asmoothie that?s also very affordable. I?ve ordered from here twice, and both times were via DoorDash. They have always followed specific instructions to omit certain... ingredients from my selected meals. I ordered the quesadillas and chicken pesto flatbread both times. Their corn side is so goodtoo. Definitely worth adding the extra fee for it. I?ve tried the jetty junior, and it was just okay. The second time, Iordered their featured Cranberry Truffle fruit blend smoothie. THE BEST smoothie I?ve tried in a while. I also really like theirstrawberry edible straw. I love tropical smoothie cafe, but the quality has gone down the last few visits. Today especially. I ordered 2 smoothies and... both of them were not blended very much. Had to be eaten with a spoon because it was pure ice chunks and pieces of fruit.Disappointing after driving 25 minutes for it. Prices are too high in the world for quality to be low. Read more
