Employees were not very helpful not very knowledgeable I got overcharged took them 10-15 minutes to figure out how to return my... refund hamburger was cold they got the order wrong and I ordered it inside I went inside and and they couldn't get my orderright the only thing good about the trip was the chili still good we're not going to this location ever again Read more

We got the #9 and the #12. The burger was room temperature, no exaggeration, was cold in my mouth. Had the texture of cardboard... and a similar flavor. I know Wendy's typically uses seasoning, I worked there for quite a long time. The chicken filet wasclearly as old as the burger. Our entire meal was beyond an acceptable hold time for any menu item. The fries were just hardlywarm to the touch. What a waste of money, Jack in the Box does a much better job for less cost. Read more

Bad customer service. I went inside to pick up my mobile order and no one asked if I needed help with anything or asked if I... have been helped. Two employees watched me come in and standing there. They didn?t even acknowledge me. They lady that actuallyhelped me was busy. Need better customer service just because you?re the cooker or the person that restock cups doesn?t mean youcan?t help no one do something else. Read more

I have been intending to try the croissant and biscuits here for some time, finally made it this morning... I've got to say, one... of the worst breakfast experiences I've had. The biscuit seems to be microwaved from frozen, spongey, not flaky how a biscuitshould be. Did not get to try the croissant because of how disgusting it looks, I can't tell if it's a bunch of butter or acertain type of cheese they're using, but I'm not going to take that chance and find out. Now I can understand why they're 2 for$3. Save yourself the hassle and go to Burger King for breakfast, or wait until lunch hours. Read more

Went last night 7/16 around 945pm and they were closed when supposed to be open till 1am. No sign posted anywhere apologizing to... the customer they were closed for unexpected reasoning. That goes along to customers in this day and age soy business went elsewhere! Read more

Went today to get a salad. They gave me the bag and when I opened it ANTS were everywhere!!! We quickly drove back and got got a... refund, but the saddest part is when we went in there, the conditions of the restaurant were messy and just overall gross. Theydidnt even notice the ants when putting the dressing and croutons in the bag. Huge difference from when we were there a monthago to sit down and eat. I love Wendy's and I am sad that I had this experience and won't be comfortable going back. Read more

Every time I go to this Wendy's there's a problem. When I went this time the credit card machines didn't work and they were only... accepting cash. It really wouldn't have bothered me except they didn't have any common courtesy or professionalism to put a signout or stand out there and let people know as they came through the drive-thru. So I waited in line for 15 minutes for nothingbecause I was trapped. Then the car in front of me has to wait for their food and at that time Wendy's did not have them pullaround so I could just leave instead they let them hold up the drive-thru and laughed at me. I will be filing a corporatecomplaint and selling all my stocks in this company. And whoever is running this place should hire more professional and lessbitter people. Read more

Everything was okay, generally fast food quality, but the strawberries were growing mold! Insane! No quality control checks... here, apparently. Makes me not want to eat anything else from here. Read more
