Great burgers. I like their fries better than most. The strawberry frosty is awesome as well. Very good service too
Went there for a quick bite to eat. My wife and I walked up to the counter to place our order and was told they would be right... with us. A man went to the back to get the counter people who was cleaning to take our order. There were literally 5 people inthe kitchen doing nothing and supervisor texting on her phone in the back. An they had to go get the one person who was actuallydoing work. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Wendy's. We just left as no one was willing to take ourorder, none of the 5 was working and the place smelled of old grease. If I could give less then 1 star I would. Read more
I love the Bourbon Bacon Chicken and the Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger. The 9nly reason for 3 stars is for 2 reasons, 1: they were... out of Chocolate Frostys and Strawberry was the only choice, 2: I asked for nutrition information and not 1 employee could tellme where to find it (I already knew), this is not an employee problem, it is a training issue. These guys do an awesome job to make sure when I come pick up an orders, it?s generally ready to go. No worries on the... chocolate frosty. It?s good to know y?all only have the strawberry, incase of further chocolate frosty orders, I?ll call thecustomer ahead. Thanks guys for always being friendly and informative. Getting food in the driver thru should take no longer than 7-10 minutes depending on your order. I had put in a mobile order for... nuggets and a burger and it took over 15 minutes before I just drove away. I work in the fast food industry so I understand ittakes a while for some food to be prepped and handed out but 15 minutes is WAY to long. Never going again. Please learn how totreat your customers. The drive through was a 20( literally 20 minutes!) wait, the food was cold and worse? they gave me a hamburger when I ordered a... chicken sandwich. Usually this restaurant is on point with everthing. I ordered a vanilla frostychino and was told at the window they didn't have... vanilla( the lady at the window did apologize several times). I got the mocha instead but it almost tasted like over creamedcoffee. Read more
