My wife and I drive a truck, stopped to fuel and my wife decided to get Arby?s. She waited at the counter for 10 minutes trying... to get employees attention while they sat on the back line playing on their phones and conversing amongst themselves. Awesome service! Not sure if the lady at arbys on cashier was the food manager but she was awesome. Didn?t catch her name but... she was white and has blonde hair and a little older and she was wearing glasses. So sweet and the best customer service I haveseen all day today. Complete garbage. Don't bother going 3 am to 7am .We eat here often and the last month food is cold , old or comes with a... present. They use excuses of weather , its cuz it's hot or no manager. Melted cheese isn't hard and food don't get cold in aquarter mile, we also prefer our sandwiches without plastic. .....My sister litteraly cracked her tooth. When I asked for arefund they said they had no management and all they can do is remake it. No thanks! If you can manage to almost kill us withplastic I don't want it.... What an an embarrassment and pathetic excuse for a business and for management. It's things likethis that hurt our town! Put some pride in your job! If you wouldn't eat it don't serve it! Read more
I've been to plenty of fast food places and worked in a couple as a teenager, this is the cleanest lobby/dining area I've seen! ... The condiments and beverage areas were well stocked and clean. The night shift supervisor was training a cashier. Allemployees appeared to be in their teens to early 20s. I was impressed! Order was correct, hot and looked and tasted great! Read more
It has been years since I've been to an Arby's. I was never a fan because I'm not a fan of roast beef. Well, it was late & it... was either Arby's or gas station food. I looked at their menu, & I was surprised at their selection. I got the Roast TurkeyRanch & Bacon Sandwich. I was not disappointed! I liked the honey wheat bread & the thicc bacon. My boyfriend's sandwich lookedpathetic. I felt bad, so I offered him half of mine. Cashier was okay. Food was quick. Tasted okay overall. Restaurant looksdingy, but clean. The food and service were fine, but I'm still having to swat flies away from my food. Out of the 5 bug catchers (maybe... zappers?) I could see, only 1 was properly working. How is that not some kind of code violation? Read more
