Worst experience ever. We should had walk out. My burrito was sloppy making fall apart. The workers was to busy laughing when... customers was waiting on food and to order. When we try to order the cashier turn his back around and left. We waited additional2 minutes. No one took our order yet. Until the cashier return. The ice machine did not have no ice.. my fiance have to ask forice. Those worker didn't want to do there job. ???? Read more
I wholeheartedly recommend this location. The food, service and management is excellent. Management wants you to feel like... you're part of the family. They care about customer satisfaction. A week ago we ordered takeout and it wasn't to oursatisfaction. I called and talked to the assistant manager, Tita, and was so impressed at how she handled the situation. Sheasked us to comeback and she would personally remake our food. Omg, how often does this happen. When we went back Tita not onlyreplaced our food etc she also sat down with us. She wanted us to know that her customers are important and are like family. The manager. Rosy, also talked with us and reiterated that they strive for excellence at this location. First time that I'm hearing that El Pollo Loco doesn't sell red meat. I got the street tacos. Taco AL carbon. I thought I was... ordering the chicken avocado tacos. I went up to get which I thought was my forgotten avocado but I guess the cashier orderedfor me instead of clarifying which one I wanted. The AL carbon chicken was a little dry to be honest. We've usually enjoyed the chicken tostada but were very disappointed this time. If you know the salad, there should be scoops of... chicken, tomatoes, beans, sour cream. There was a spoonful of chicken, about 4 pieces of diced tomato that looked more like theskin than tomato chunks, a tiny squirt of sour cream and no beans. At least the shell was crispy and fresh. I frequent El Pollo Loco but at a different location. The chicken I was served last night was probably THE best I've had in a... long time. They did me wrong. First, they charged me ¢25 for a creamy cilantro sauce... Okay whatever. I've never had that be an issue the... million other times I've been through any El Pollo Loco... But sure. I also asked for a pico de gallo and the green sauce for mytaquito. When I noticed it wasn't in the bag, I asked and the woman made me give the bag back. She was very rude! Okay, lifegoes on, whatever. So I go home... The creamy cilantro sauce is WATERED DOWN. who does that? Whyyyyy?
