I think it wasn't so much the rudeness as it was an unexpected person that was overwhelmed. Either way, I waited a long time for... my food & in the end, my order was wrong. Wait time was also over 20 mins after I had ordered, it took over 15 mins to be ableto order, I was the only customer inside when I arrived. The worst place to work at. The environment is super toxic. Today was my first day and my last. I got treated horrible by... Alexandria. She screamed my name in front of customers. She humiliated me in front of coworkers. She yelled at me to sweepeverything up from the floor. She was super aggressive throwing bags at me telling me to give them out. The General ManagerCrystal did not answer my phone after calling her to complain. She ignored my text messages. She looks like the type of personwho shouldn't be in charge and has no clue what she's doing. When I did my training on the tablet, I heard crystal yelling atemployees telling them to hurry up. Crystal uses foul language and is aggressive for no reason. She yells so much it isunnecessary. Stop picking on employees trying to make a living. Go find something more interesting to do with your life. Iwouldn't be surprised if they were both related. There's no need to be that rude especially on someone's first day of work. Inever got explained basic things for example how to take a 10 minute break. I didn't know how to open the restroom. Thecustomers were pretty nice. The only problem was the coworkers and the GM. I advise nobody to work here especially if you'replanning this to be your first job. Read more

Went inside to order, but the cashier took an order of someone in front of us, then told us that if we wanted to order we had to... go through the drive thru, because it was too hard to get the order out?? This probably just an over stressed employee, butmaybe don't serve someone right in front of us if you're gonna stop dine in orders. Pretty bad experience. Read more

I suppose I understand that if you as a company refuse to pay to retain capable employees then you lose them. I feel like this... is a store of trainees and incompetent management. I have eaten here maybe once every 4 months when I have a hankering for agarbage taco, and they have never once gotten my order correct, items missing and some bizarrely swapped for something differentas if I ordered dealers choice rather than what I actually wanted. Usually pretty good, and one or two instances where my order was messed up. Like my chicken sandwich was missing ingredients.... Still better than the mcdonalds a few blocks away. Read more

My daddy ordered tacos and they messed it up adding to my daughter's words are very upsetting for one of your female employees... ask me for proof of vaccination proof of ID and had me at the same time more times than none to put up my mask covering my noseby trying to engage conversation with my son and daughter to have a seat so I I could order meals for them only then I couldn'ttake it so I remarked with Attitude would you like to see my Social Security and green card I had paid with my credit card andwent outside she went out and gave me my receipt with more than enough money for what I paid and told me to leave I said thankyou and have a nice day now my kids don't have a meal for a little understand if she had kids would you not have left left themstay there to eat. 6:37pm 09.07.2022 As I arrive to this location , I was waiting for someone to take my order by drive thru . It took... approximately 5 min for an employee to take my order . So I got tired of waiting and went over to the window . A nice gentlemangreet me I was able to place my order , I was about to give them my card , and he did let me know that there system was down atthe moment , and as I was digging into my purse for cash , some white young or old lady, don?t know her age ( she was justgrumpy with an ugly looking face ) lady stepped in and screamed at me and said ?didn?t I just tell you, we are not accepting anyebt, debit card, or Apple Pay? and she rolled her eyes. She was wearing a red shirt, and was white , how I said , and hadpiercings some where in her face don?t clearly remember . But point is , there was no need to be rude . I?m not sure if she?sthe manager but that?s really bad customer service . The way she screamed and looked at me I was about to pay in cash I wasreally hungry and just wanted my food but she killed my appetite. Corporate office needs to fire this lady . Don?t know who shewas but she can?t be treating customers this way , I?ve worked in fast food restaurants myself and no matter how crazy it wouldget I tried to keep calm and always provide excellent customer service because I know the feeling of getting treated less . I came to this Jack in the Box to order some tacos. As I was ordering my food I noticed they were advertising Donut Holes, so I... asked the cashier if the donuts were any good. He then started making sexual remarks about them, which made me feel veryuncomfortable. I tried to ignore it and continue with my order; instead of being a professional employee he continued to makesexual noises and comments about everything else I was adding to my order.
