McDonald's breakfast is bomb, as for the other items, it really depends when they made it in terms of freshness, sometimes a... mcdouble or McChicken can taste amazing, and sometimes it feels like a soggy sandwich that's been wrapped up for hours! Also thefries, if fresh, are delicious! Read more
Everytime I buying happy meal they said i can change the toy,but when i wait in drive thru for 15 minutes they said its new... rules they can't change the toy because of the virus,and most of the time they give me a wrong order and they said oh sorry iwill change it for you????Why they can change the meal but they can't change the toy!!?!? Zero customer service. I want to give them zero star; they don?t even deserve for one star. I have never put a review but the... rude and unprofessional customer service of this McDonald?s location (Woodward Ave & Foothill Blvd) made me to write one. Justordered 3 ice creams drive thru and emphasized I want them in the cup not cone and at the window they gave me ice creams incone. I told them my order was ice cream in cup not cone. The lady came yelling rudely that you ordered in cone not cup. When Iagain told her that no I asked for cup not cone, then, she told me with attitude and loud voice that she should charge medifferently. I got so mad and upset on how she is behaving and talking to me. I told her that she is not allowed to yell at meand talk like that. Shame on her. Instead of apologizing and providing the right order and telling maybe there was amisunderstanding or confusion to keep me as a customer happy, she kept yelling with attitude and arguing with me. I haven?t eventalked about money that she said she should now charge differently. I was so mad and upset that I just left that locationwithout asking for any refund ($5.60); meanwhile, my kids were crying in the car for an ice cream. Shame on you for ruiningpeople?s Saturday instead of making their day and keeping them happy!!! Money is not the issue, it?s how they are so rude andhave no respect to the customers.
