We went for lunch and ordered off the lunch menu. My wife had the spicy chicken sandwich. Our son had the crispy chicken... sandwich. I had the classic cheeseburger. Mary l was our server and did an awesome job. She handled numerous tables but wasalways there to check on us and make sure that we had everything we needed It was nice to see the manager walking from table totable asking everyone how their experience was The lunch menu had a discount and the sandwiches were about $12 each We haven'tbeen to a BJ's in a long time but we're very happy we came here. Well... Needless to say this place used to be decent. My wife and I were going to order food but looking at all the flies (many... seen in photo) and how dirty the bar was,we decided to go elsewhere. I think the nail in the coffin was watching the bartendermake drinks and sticking her hands into containers to grab the different fruit and ingredients. Then licking her fingers. BJ’s is arguably one of the most solid establishments top to bottom, and I love their variety and quality of food each and... every time I eat here. On this trip, my bartender (Evan) took outstanding care of me - extremely attentive, topped off alldrinks, and the food was hot and delicious. On Thursdays, they have a slow-roasted entree special - I got the tri-tip, with twosides and a full-sized pizookie for under $20. Hard to beat the quality and taste for the price. Was okay, I had ordered the avocado egg rolls but wasn't delivered until we had our entree's and we had to ask the waiter about... our egg rolls and they were surprised we didn't get it. I got the majito flight drinks turned out to be the same mango drink.Also I had ordered the deep dish pizza but the waiter didn't get it and was given a pizza not the deep dish which wasdisappointing. Also my partner got the root bear float waiter didn't bring a straw so that wasn't great service. I also askedfor caramelized onions for my burger never got them on my burger after I asked if that was possible. Read more
Not out first time here but our worst experience. When checking in (we had made reservations) we were told we would get a text.... After waiting 40 minutes I asked to confirm they actually HAD the reservation and they didn’t. It took another 20 minutes. Had we “waited for a text” we’d still be waiting. The point is: don’t trust the reservation system. My spaghetti wasokay, the meat balls were bland. The Fish’n’ chips not so good. Our server, Alison, was good with just the right amount ofattention. Had a good dining experience here. The spicy burger isn't very spicy but, everything else ended up turning out good.... Unfortunately a fight broke out during our meal outside which sucks. Be prepared to dime out some $$ because food isn't thecheapest here. Read more
The seating was quick but we came right before dinner rush for an early meal right before 5pm on Saturday. We’re seated in... less than 10 minutes. Waitress was very good and knew the menu very well. Our food was also quick and attractive and tastedgreat! The waitress was attentive during outer meal and made sure we were well taken care of. They have a pretty extensive menuwith choices for everyone. I had the Asian chicken salad and it was very good. Hubby had the bacon guacamole burger with friesand the fries were very good and crispy. The appetizer choices we had were the sriracha brussel sprouts and the root beer bbqwings. Both were very good! I have had the pizza and pizookies here too and they are very good as well. I feel like there are abroad variety of menu choices here to please most anyone. Service was great. Will keep coming back for sure. Read more
