Horrible customer service and disgusting dry chicken! My fiance and I loved coming to this chick FIL a when they first opened.... However, since then this location has rapidly declined in their food quality and especially customer service. I don't knowwhether it is because they are not able to hold any employees long term, or their employees are just bitter for having to workin such a strict environment, but that does not make it okay to serve their guests with attitude, or refuse to take an order.After getting food poisoning from their chicken sandwich we are NEVER going back especially to the Tukwila location. As someone visiting from Canada it?s always a fun thing to try things that are/are basically exclusive to the U.S. I was... anticipating the classic Chick-Fil-A hospitality and for the most part we got it. However, I was a little surprised to see thatthey?ve dropped the, ?my pleasure? response after customers say, ?thank you?. Our first experience at Chick-fil-A (wife & I are from BC).. and it was great. Yummy chicken biscuits & hashbrowns for... breakfast. The location was clean and service was quick. All staff were very friendly & courteous. I'd say that left the biggestimpression with our visit (aside from the delicious chicken of course). Read more
This was my first time to chick-fil-a and I was so impressed! It was by far the BEST fast food restaurant I?ve ever been to! The... food was delicious (chicken was fresh, tender and perfectly cooked), the waffle fries were divine and I loooovveedd the sauces???? the service was excellent and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. ?? can?t wait to come back for more! Glad I paid $8 for a chicken mini order that had crumbs in place of the nuggets. Also, my Sprite was completely flat. Waste of... money. Read more
Fast service, clean, and very polite servers! We sat inside and we're able to get a table to fit our family. One server came to... check up on us to see if he can help us with anything - love that service! We are definitely coming back and highly recommend. Read more
I appreciate that they have Christian values. Their dedication to free they employees for Sunday worship or Rest is spectacular... in these capitalist generation. In fact it is the only fast food I eat comfortably. Read more
