Yea staff is rude and unhelpful..the keep the change thing is a ripoff saying they don't have change to give it back I lost 3... dollars..the food is freezing cold no wonder people in the past always suffered food poisoning. Didn't have the steak, didn't have fajitas, didn't have pico. Literally half of things I usually get they simply didn't have. On... top of that they're getting skimpier and skimpier with the meat servings. I walked out without finishing the order this lasttime because after a certain point you're being taken advantage of. Also, the price increases are outrageous especially becausethey're giving you less of everything.
