Yea staff is rude and unhelpful..the keep the change thing is a ripoff saying they don't have change to give it back I lost 3... dollars..the food is freezing cold no wonder people in the past always suffered food poisoning. My suggestion is keep the foodvery hot so it doesn't get cold..I won't go back. Read more

Didn't have the steak, didn't have fajitas, didn't have pico. Literally half of things I usually get they simply didn't have. On... top of that they're getting skimpier and skimpier with the meat servings. I walked out without finishing the order this lasttime because after a certain point you're being taken advantage of. Also, the price increases are outrageous especially becausethey're giving you less of everything. Will never go to this Chipotle again and considering just boycotting them all becausethey are going down hill in a hurry. Read more

Great portions, customer service is pretty good most of the time. There are issues from time to time at this place: forgetting... to unlock the front doors in the morning, accepting online orders only, forgetting orders, mobile order issues etc. If you comehere once in a while you won?t notice these issues but if you come here often you might. Clean, but major issue with glass covering food. Glass covering is only on the front and not very high. Many customers lean over... to point at food and anyone over about 5?8? is practically above the food. Can see spit coming from some of the customersordering food directly over the food. Spoke to a manager a couple of years ago, surprised that it is still the same. Almost allother restaurants have glass covering the top as well. Read more

Really nice. She might have put a bit too much sour cream because there was more sour cream than rice. I did buy a burrito bowl.... But good service! There was a line, but after we were in front, the staff helped me and made my food quick and easy! It was afast process of what to add (to my bowl) and what not to. Chipotles I've ever eaten,,, if not - the cleanest one - compared to other Chipotles restaurants, the... staff is very friendly they have very good customer service, the truth is that the place is very clean and the food was verygood.
