I was told I could not order from the person that was right behind the counter and I would have to order using and app as shown... in my pictures. This is stupid?. Chipotle website says they open at 10am. When i went to the counter at 10:30am, they told me to come at 11am when they open. I... placed my usual order through the online app, it was ready in 10 mins. So they can take online order and let you do pick up, butthey wont take order in person.
