My wife and I stopped at this location for a quick breakfast while on our way to Narrows park. To start, the parking lot was... clean and well maintained, which says a lot about an organization. We were greeted by a nice lady when we walked up to thecounter and every one seemed genuinely nice. The interior was nicely designed and the space flowed well. I ordered the ChipotleChicken, Scrambled Egg & Avocado Wrap and it was very good! My wife ordered the Souffle - Spinach & Artichoke and well, shedestroyed it. Maybe I?ve just been lucky, but it appears like Panera bread hires managers with great character and amazingpeople skills. Good job management!! Read more
I eat at different Panera Bread restaurants. I had great food and service at this location yesterday. My one star is for... beverages. I have always been able to have a refreshing drink whenever I visit. I do not drink caffeine, I do not drink sugarsodas, and here the only option for me was plain water. I had just paid for a drink and found I did not have any drink options at this store that did not have sugar or caffeine There were 3, yes 3 caffeine enhanced lemonades, a sugared lemonade,unsweetened regular tea and a flavor of green tea, both of which are full of caffeine. Then there was the soda dispenser, againsugared and or caffeine drinks. Is this a new thing? There has always been an herbal unsweetened tea in all previous visits. That is why I like to eat here. Normally service is good. Today I ordered the bowl of broccoli cheddar soup to go. When I arrived the container was barely half... full. I asked staff to fill the rest of the container and was told "no that is the amount for a bowl". I have ordered this dine-in and seen what amount you normally receive. Today they are running short on supply and skimping on orders. Read more
Food was great but the employee was walking around with her mask down and then when asked she stated " I am on my break and not... by food" while at the register by the bread and pastries and proceded to walk past us taking her mask fully down. She quicklyran to the back (where the food was) to speak with the the manager with her mask down when we were speaking with the managerreporting her unsanitary actions not following CDC guidelines. Then proceeded to pass us multiple times telling us to have agood day pulling her mask off. This was all done in front of management as well the management did nothing. Read more
Panera used to be one of my favorite restaurants, I know it wasn?t healthy as it looked like or as their marketing said but I... would at least go three times a month. Their quality got worse and so did their customer service. Last and final time we camehere our food had -I guess ?fruit mosquitos?. We told the cashier and she said oh yeah ?they?re always on the salads or lettucesorry about that? which made it awkward and uncomfortable?.we didn?t even enjoy our food which also was cold? So refreshingly tasty! Great service on a Tuesday evening. Ordered Flatbread pizza, salad, and got a pastry for .99. Mom got... the turkey, avocado, BLT with salad and pastry. We both loved our choices. Not too heavy, not too light, just right! Read more
Amazing place to eat to be honest the prices might not seem that great but it is all worth it we had the cheese sandwich and the... bbq meat sandwich with a bowl of cheddar broccoli and it was amazing one of the best dishes they have and they also make sureyour well hydrated a server will pass buy with water and serve you if you want it overall a pretty amazing experience and u canalso self order 100 % a place I would recommend. Please do not spend your money here. I came in and the cashiers are talking about nothing related to work. She was having that... conversation with the other lady while taking my order which is 100% unprofessional. This was my first time getting Panera breadbetter yet coming into the restaurant in general. I went where the pick up place is (i know now) and asked her if that was theplace to pick up. the lady looked at me with an attitude and said..?yes????? literally with an attitude and a pause in between.My food took 20 minutes for them to prepare and the whole time they were being unprofessional not acknowledging the customersand just talking about plans after work. The manager came in and changed the subject to be more on track. She yelled my name andturned around immediately when it was done..Work experience ever and I wouldn?t recommend this location to anybody. And don?t gothere if you?re in a rush! Read more
